We recently had our partners from Bardinet France visit West Cork Distillers, where they spent time at the distillery and maturation warehouses providing the opportunity to take a closer look at how we do things here at West Cork Distillers.
The visit provided an opportunity to walk through the production process, from distillation through to maturation, and to discuss how our whiskeys are made at scale while maintaining consistency and quality. Time was also spent reviewing current ranges and sharing insight across different markets.
Discussions focused on production, maturation and long-term planning, with particular attention on how place and process continue to shape West Cork Irish Whiskey. Visits like these allow for open exchange and ensure alignment across teams working in different markets.
