We invite you to step inside our distillery and explore the craft behind every bottle with a guided whiskey tasting experience. Whether your flying solo or coming with friends, this experience is open to individuals and small groups of up to 6 people.

The experience begins with a brief overview of the history of West Cork Distillers – from our early days in Union Hall to becoming one of Ireland’s leading independent distilleries. You’ll then be guided through a tasting of our core range – including our signature Black Cask, Bourbon Cask, and Maritime Rum Cask expressions – with insights into the flavour, character, and story behind each one.

Merchandise available to purchase on site. The tasting fee is €10 per person and can be paid by debit or credit card over the phone once the entry form has been submitted. Alternatively, payment can be made on arrival. Please note that submitting the enquiry form does not guarantee a booking — your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
