Whiskey Tastings – Coming Soon

We’re currently preparing to welcome visitors to our distillery for a guided whiskey tasting experience, offering a closer look at the craft behind every bottle. This experience will be designed to showcase the best of West Cork Irish Whiskey in an intimate setting.

The tasting will include an introduction to the history of West Cork Distillers, from our early days in Union Hall to becoming one of Ireland’s leading independent distilleries. Guests will be guided through a selection from our core range, including Black Cask, Bourbon Cask, and Maritime Rum Cask expressions, with insights into the flavour, character, and story behind each.

We are currently finalising details and will be opening bookings in the coming months.
