We had a fantastic few days recently at Bord Bia Bloom, connecting with both new and familiar faces in the heart of Phoenix Park. As Ireland’s premier horticulture and lifestyle festival, Bloom brought together a wonderfully diverse crowd – from garden lovers and foodies to families and curious newcomers – making it a brilliant opportunity to introduce West Cork Irish Whiskey to a wider audience.

Throughout the event, visitors to our stand sampled a selection of our award-winning range, including the 5-Year-old Single Pot Still, 7-Year-Old Single Malt, Black Cask, and our much-loved Maritime range. It was great to see people discovering their favourites, asking questions about the distillation process, and showing genuine interest in the story behind each bottle.

Our West Cork Whiskey Highballs were a standout favourite, offering a refreshing way to enjoy whiskey in the summer sunshine. We also served up zesty Whiskey Sours and vibrant Garnish Island Gin slushies – both of which provide to be real crowd pleasers. For many guests, it was their first time trying whiskey or gin in these styles, and we were thrilled with the enthusiastic response.

One of the highlights of the event was the chance to engage, with such a broad range of attendees – from long-time supporters who already know and love our whiskeys, to first-time tasters who left with a newfound appreciation for Irish whiskey. We had some great conversations, welcomed thoughtful questions, and appreciated all the kind feedback.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by – we loved sharing a taste of West Cork with you.
