Ingredients

What you’ll need

  • 60ml West Cork Black Cask Blended
  • 35ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 Teaspoon Blackberry Jam
  • 3 Dashes Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 8 Loose Mint Leaves

Method

How to make it

  1. Muddle mint leaves into a shaker tin and add all your ingredients.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Fine strain into a tumbler over block ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf.
