Ingredients: 35.5ml West Cork Original Bourbon Cask Blended Whiskey 15ml Demerara sugar syrup 80ml Espresso 25ml Whipped Cream Top with hot water Dark chocolate for garnish
Method: Pour the West Cork Original Bourbon Cask Blended Whiskey and Demerara sugar syrup into a pre-warmed Irish coffee glass. Brew 80ml of hot espresso and pour it into the glass. Add a small splash of boiling water to adjust the consistency to your liking. Carefully float the whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon. Finish with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate over the cream as a garnish
