We’re delighted to share that tastings have officially begun at West Cork Irish Whiskey – and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you in.
Our new small group experience is designed for 4-6 people, creating an intimate and relaxed setting where you can enjoy our award-winning spirits for just €10 per person .
During your visit, you’ll not only enjoy our carefully crafted drinks – you’ll also get a look at the background story of how West Cork Distillers began. From our humble start with three friends and a small operation, to becoming one of Ireland’s leading independent distilleries. And who knows, you may even spot one of our founders hard at work around the distillery!
You’ll then be guided through our core range:
· Bourbon Cask – Our original blend with a lingering sweetness and touch of citrus.
· Black Cask – Bold and rich, with a deep vanilla note and a slight smokiness.
· Maritime Rum Cask – Bursting with sweetness from hints of honey and vanilla to a dark chocolate flavour.
To finish on a refreshing note, you’ll enjoy a Garnish Island Gin & Tonic, made with botanicals inspired by Garnish Island a small island in Bantry Bay, West Cork, that is world renowned for its gardens.
This is more than a tasting – it’s a chance to savour each sip while hearing the story where it all began. Whether you’re a whiskey enthusiast or simply curious, our friendly host will guide you through the experience, answering questions and sharing insights along the way.
