We’re thrilled to share that West Cork Distillers has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work® . This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.

The Great Place to Work® certification is awarded to companies that demonstrate strong employee satisfaction, trust in leadership, and workplace engagement. Organisations with 10 or more employees must achieve an overall survey score of at least 65% to qualify. Certification comes with the Great Place to Work® badge, access to a PR toolkit, and eligibility for the Best Workplaces™ lists throughout the year.

For West Cork Distillers and West Cork Irish Whiskey this certification is a testament to the collaborative and supportive culture we’ve worked hard to build. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition highlights our efforts to create an environment where everyone feels respected and supported.

It also reinforces our reputation as an employer of choice, helping us attract top talent who share our values and passion for crafting exceptional spirits. Most importantly, it strengthens our dedication to continuously improving our workplace for the benefit of our team.

Achieving Great Place to Work® certification is an exciting milestone, but our work doesn’t stop here. We remain committed to enhancing our workplace culture, fostering innovation, and ensuring that every employee feels like an integral part of our success.

We’re proud of this achievement and look forward to building an even better workplace together.
